Quilaron, Inc. ("Quilaron", "we", "us") operates the website at quilaron.com. Quilaron is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to describe it and to let you get in touch. This policy explains what little information the site touches, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we run cookie-free analytics, we keep the email you send us, and we do not sell personal data.
Information we collect
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic on this site. It is a privacy-friendly tool: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across other sites. It gives us aggregate measurements such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Email correspondence. If you contact us, for example to request early access, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
That is the full list. The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us.
How we use it
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find and read this site.
- To respond to your messages and, if you asked for early access, to follow up about the product.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
If you emailed us about early access, we may send you occasional updates about Quilaron's launch. Every such email includes a way to opt out, and a simple reply asking us to stop also works.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run advertising on this site and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and our email, such as our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
Aggregate analytics data is retained on the terms of Cloudflare Web Analytics and contains no personal identifiers we can act on. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the conversation you started with us, typically until the exchange is resolved or, for early access requests, until launch outreach is complete. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since the only personal information we hold is email you sent us, exercising these rights is simple: write to us and we will handle it. We will respond to any request at [email protected].
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example when the Quilaron product launches, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
